From recent reports it appears that Tamron has filed for patenting for new 115mm f/1.4 VC prime lens deign. Details available from the patent filing #2016-151661 seems to suggest that the lens has a focal length of 113mm and a maximum aperture of f/1.456. The lens also seem to have internal focusing elements which means that the lens barrel will not extend when focusing and there will be vibration reduction.
