It appears that the UK Nikon Store has quietly marked the AF Micro-Nikkor 200mm f/4D ED-IF lens as discontinued. There are a bunch of micro lenses currently available on the Nikon website, but none of them have a focal length of more than 100mm. The only exception being the AF-S VR Micro Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G. There has been rumors of the lens getting an upgrade and it seems that it is about time. We shall wait for further updates on this. The last few units of the lens may still be available on stores around the world. If you were planning to buy this particular lens, it is now or never.
